Arapahoe County extends temporary moratorium on the establishment of medical marijuana land uses

Moratorium extended until Department of Revenue establishes new Authority, rules

 

LITTLETON, CO --- A temporary moratorium on the establishment of medical marijuana land uses in unincorporated Arapahoe County was extended by the Board of County Commissioners Tuesday.

The moratorium is extended until such time as the State of Colorado develops new rules following the approval of House Bill 10-1284, which created a State Licensing Authority under the Department of Revenue.
